We took every country a Jordanian passport enters visa-free or by visa-on-arrival from our visa file, matched it with our tracked cities that carry cost data, and ranked the cities by a 7-night mid-tier total for one person. Flights and visa fees are excluded.

Amounts are in the same cost units our calculators use (see methodology). The cheapest cities cluster geographically close — but we ranked by ground cost only, not distance.
Metodik (alla siffror reproducerbara)
- Inputs: src/data/travel/visa.json (status and destination_en per passport) + src/data/travel/destinations.json (hotel_mid, food_mid, transport_daily, activities_daily per city).
- Filter: visa-free and visa-on-arrival statuses only. Visa country is joined to city via country name (destination_en = countryEn).
- Formula: total = (hotel_mid + food_mid + transport_daily + activities_daily) × 7, per person. These are our dataset canonical cost units (the calculators treat them as USD-equivalents, converting to local currency for display only).
- Explicitly excluded: flight tickets and visa fees (any cost_usd field is ignored). 5 visa-friendly countries have no tracked city and are left out rather than estimated.
- Calculator links render only when the generated tool actually exists in the catalog (trip-budget-{city}).

No. Total = (mid-tier hotel + mid-tier food + daily transport + daily activities) × 7 nights, per person. Flight tickets and any visa-on-arrival fee are excluded — stated explicitly because honesty is the point of this page.
