AliExpress Listing Title Red-Flag Analyzer

Quick answer

Paste an AliExpress product link and we analyze the TITLE only: ALL-CAPS shouting, "2026 new!" hype years, keyword stuffing and filter-dodging brand

Figures are estimates from this calculator’s standard formula — adjust the inputs in the tool below for your exact number.

How the red-flag analyzer works

Each rule has a conservative threshold: CAPS shouting at 60%+ of Latin letters, stuffing at 7+ fragments, over-long above 160 characters — and every twisted brand spelling (like Nikee) is a strong flag on its own

We read the product title from AliExpress's official partner API (productdetail.get) and run it through a set of text rules. We compute the uppercase share of Latin letters — serious titles capitalize only word initials and stay under ~40%, so we require 60% before raising the shouting flag. We look for future or stale "new year" phrases (a format recycled every year in dropshipping templates) and count the comma/pipe-separated fragments — real stuffing goes past seven. We detect star/symbol walls, repeated exclamation runs, a curated list of brand-filter-dodging spellings (Nikee, Adidos, Guccci…) and absolute claims like "100% authentic" or "1:1". Every flag is shown with its evidence: the actual share, the detected fragments, or the matched word. The result is a three-step ladder — clean, caution, or strong flags — and it's a heuristic read of the text only: it doesn't judge the seller or promise anything about the product itself.

FAQs

Does a messy title mean the seller is a scammer?

Not necessarily. Keyword-stuffed titles are common even from decent sellers fighting for search visibility. What we surface are correlation signals: titles combining a twisted brand spelling with stuffing and shouting statistically go with low-quality listings. Use them to lower your expectations and read the reviews more carefully — not to cancel the order automatically.

How is this different from the Counterfeit / Brand Risk tool?

The counterfeit tool compares the product's price against the cheapest realistic genuine price for the matched brand and warns about customs — a judgement on price and brand. This tool examines the writing style of the title itself: shouting, stuffing, misleading years, twisted spellings. The two complement each other: clean title + plausible price = good signals together.

Why did no flags show for a product I distrust?

Our rules are text-based and deliberately conservative, and sellers get good at camouflage: a perfectly clean title can hide a poor product or a bad seller. Then lean on our other tools — the price-history checker, the seller trust check, the counterfeit risk check — and read the reviews yourself. No flags only means the title is well written.

Do you read the description, images or reviews?

No. We read only the title via AliExpress's official partner API; we cannot analyze images or review text (the partner API doesn't provide them). That's the difference between us and browser extensions that collect more data — we stick to what the official API offers and analyze it well.
