  Baha'i and Hijri (Islamic) dates do not map one-to-one — the two systems start from different epochs and count leap years differently, so enter the full Baha'i date and read the Hijri (Islamic) equivalent instead of shifting the year by a fixed offset.

  Leap rules differ between the calendars behind Baha'i–Hijri (Islamic), so a span that looks like whole years in one system can land a day or two off in another; trust the converted result rather than a fixed mental offset.

  Enter the Baha'i–Hijri (Islamic) dates in YYYY-MM-DD format to avoid ambiguity — some conventions read 03/04 as March fourth and others as April third, and a swapped month and day silently shifts every result this page derives.

• Anniversaries do not survive conversion unchanged: a Baha'i date maps to a fixed Hijri (Islamic) date, but next year's Baha'i anniversary lands on a different Hijri (Islamic) date. Reconvert each occurrence instead of adding one year to the last result.

• Epoch offsets are pair-specific: day zero of Baha'i and of Hijri (Islamic) are different dates, and constants borrowed from another calendar pair are silently wrong by days or years. Use the Baha'i → Hijri (Islamic) relation itself, not a remembered number.
