  Ethiopian and Baha'i dates do not map one-to-one — the two systems start from different epochs and count leap years differently, so enter the full Ethiopian date and read the Baha'i equivalent instead of shifting the year by a fixed offset.

  Enter the Ethiopian–Baha'i dates in YYYY-MM-DD format to avoid ambiguity — some conventions read 03/04 as March fourth and others as April third, and a swapped month and day silently shifts every result this page derives.

  For deadlines tied to authorities or contracts, confirm which calendar the deadline officially uses before converting it here — a Ethiopian–Baha'i date read in the wrong system can be off by days or even a full year.

• Epoch offsets are pair-specific: day zero of Ethiopian and of Baha'i are different dates, and constants borrowed from another calendar pair are silently wrong by days or years. Use the Ethiopian → Baha'i relation itself, not a remembered number.

• Anniversaries do not survive conversion unchanged: a Ethiopian date maps to a fixed Baha'i date, but next year's Ethiopian anniversary lands on a different Baha'i date. Reconvert each occurrence instead of adding one year to the last result.
