  Persian (Jalali) and Baha'i dates do not map one-to-one — the two systems start from different epochs and count leap years differently, so enter the full Persian (Jalali) date and read the Baha'i equivalent instead of shifting the year by a fixed offset.

  Leap rules differ between the calendars behind Persian (Jalali)–Baha'i, so a span that looks like whole years in one system can land a day or two off in another; trust the converted result rather than a fixed mental offset.

  Watch century boundaries and very old dates in the Persian (Jalali)–Baha'i system: historical calendars dropped or added days when they were adopted, which is invisible in daily use but material for long-range historical calculations here.
