FAQs

Does "no sales" mean the product is bad?

No. Every product starts at zero orders. "No sales" says nothing about quality — it only means nobody has vouched for it before you, so you carry the risk of the unknown. Our tool measures that risk (money at stake + seller track record) and suggests how to limit it.

How do you know the listing has no sales?

AliExpress's partner API returns each product's recorded order count (latest sales volume). If that number is zero or close to it, the listing is unproven. Sometimes the API doesn't return the number at all — then we say honestly "cannot verify" instead of guessing.

When is trying a no-reviews listing a big gamble?

When factors stack up: a high price (roughly above 40), a seller whose positive-feedback rate is under 90%, or a huge claimed discount on a product nobody has bought. In those cases you're better off finding an alternative with proven sales and ratings.

What's the hedging plan you suggest?

Simple and effective: order one piece only (never bulk-buy an unproven product), keep your first order small (around 40 or less — an approximate ceiling), pay only on-platform so buyer protection covers "not received" and "not as described", and film the unboxing as evidence for any dispute.

Do you read the product's reviews or know the listing's age?

No — and that's an honest limit. Our API tier doesn't return review text, listing age, or store age. Any tool claiming otherwise is guessing. Our verdict relies only on the real fields shown transparently in front of you.
